Chef Shaun McCrain and his team strive to produce balanced, thoughtful plates with influence from around the globe; note that we write a new menu each week. Additionally, we create optional custom wine and alternative beverage pairings to enjoy with dinner.
Our cuisine is rooted in French technique; dairy plays a fair role in our menus. Reach out ahead of your booking with any special dietary requests, so we can be better prepared for your visit. We are unable to accommodate vegan diets.
